How does graphene-infused heating work?

The pad combines electric heating wires with a graphene-infused layer that spreads warmth across the whole 12 × 24 in surface. A soft woven cotton cover sits on top, so you get even, wide-area warmth with a natural feel against your skin instead of synthetic plush. It is a comfort product, not a medical treatment.

Can I use it on my back, shoulders and tummy on period days?

Yes. The extra-large pad is made for everyday comfort on your lower back, shoulders, neck area, tummy or thighs, and many people like soothing warmth on period days. It is not a medical device and does not treat any condition. If you have a health concern, ask your doctor before using heat.

How hot does the heating pad get?

There are 9 heat settings, from about 95°F on the lowest level up to about 145°F on the highest. Start on a low setting, check how your skin feels, and turn it up only as needed. The LED controller shows your setting, so finding your favorite level again is easy.

Is it safe to leave on while sleeping?

We recommend not falling asleep with any heating pad switched on. For extra peace of mind, set the timer from 1 to 9 hours, or H for 12 hours, and the pad turns itself off automatically when time is up. Always use it on a low to medium setting during long sessions.

Can I wash the heating pad?

Yes. Unplug it, detach the cord and controller from the connector on the pad, then machine wash the pad following the care instructions. Let it dry completely before you reconnect the controller and use it again. Never wash or submerge the controller or cord.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 7–15 business days with tracking. Shipping is a flat $3.90 per order, and it's free when your order has 2 or more items. You'll receive a tracking link by email.

What if it's not right for me?

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Email support@auresti.com with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps. If your pad arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, send us a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
